The Star Club Tiers – Understand Your Membership Level and Progress

The Star Club Tiers recognise members according to the Tier Points earned during their Membership year. Your Tier influences the benefits and privileges that may be available to you, while your Tier Point balance helps you follow your progress towards another level. When you reach the required threshold during your Membership year, an eligible upgrade can take effect immediately.

Our membership structure includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Silver requires 100 Tier Points, Gold requires 800 Tier Points and Platinum requires 3,000 Tier Points, while Diamond membership is by invitation only. Your Member Dashboard, The Star App and property kiosks can show your current Tier and your progress towards retaining or upgrading your membership.

The Star Club Tiers operate around a 365-day Membership year. At your annual Tier Review Date, the Tier Points earned during the previous Membership year determine your starting Tier for the next period, and your Tier Point balance resets for the new year. Your Tier Review Date remains the reference point for the annual review even if you qualify for an upgrade during the year.

Membership benefits become broader as you progress through eligible levels. Depending on your Tier and the current benefit conditions, these may include dining and leisure privileges, accommodation benefits, parking advantages, Casino Dollar earning features, member offers and access to selected experiences. Some benefits are also subject to availability, participating venues or additional conditions.

Your digital membership tools can show Tier Points earned over different periods and indicate how many more points may be needed to retain your level or progress to the next eligible Tier.
